SfN Meeting 2016
We had only one poster presentation this year, but it was a memorable one. Maryna presented a summary of her research in the past three years that identified unique selectivity of neuron activity in the lateral entorhinal cortex. This finding provides a new view on how this understudied brain structure functions for separating multiple experiences with overlapping features and forming an accurate memory for each experience. As usual, we head out to celebrate her successful presentation and hard work over fresh seafood.
